We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, however, if the ordered product does not meet your expectations you can return it without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt. To make the return process easier and faster, fill out the form below and send it back with the product.
Inpost fast returns
To make the return process as easy as possible, we recommend using the "InPost Fast Returns" option. The cost of sending the return package in the amount of 15 PLN is borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount returned for the order. At the stage of sending the parcel you will not incur any costs. Click on the button below and go to the return shipment form. Follow the instructions on the page. You can also send the package in your InPost app by adding the package in the "return" tab. Regardless of the method, you will receive the sending code on your email and it will be available in your InPost app.

The returned product must not be damaged, soiled and bear signs of any use. It must have all accessories and outer packaging. When sending it back, secure it in such a way that it is not damaged in transit. If the product is damaged or missing any of its components, the return will not be accepted and the package will be sent back at your expense.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages and packages sent to a parcel machine!
Refunds will be made within 14 days by the same method used to pay for the order or to the account indicated in the form.
Remember! The returned product must be re-sellable, so send it back the way you would like to receive it yourself.
Exchange
In a situation where you would like to exchange a product, you must place a new order and return the previous one by following the information above.
Complaint
You can complain about the purchased product if you detect a damage or defect immediately upon receipt of the shipment and during use, where the damage and defects are due to manufacturing errors. When you discover a defect, write to us at ciao@momonde.co and send photos and a detailed description showing the defect or send the advertised product together with a completed complaint form to the address below:

The complaint will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. Before this time, you will be informed of the decision regarding the complaint by email.
