Personalization

A unique addition in the form of an embossed monogram will make your Planner even more personal.

Your monogram can be embossed classically at the bottom or in the place of the main embossing in the middle of the cover. The monogram can be up to 12 characters long.

Remember that the personalized planner was made especially for you and is not returnable or exchangeable.

Optionally, we can put gold-colored metal fittings on your calendar, which, apart from aesthetic aspects, also have a security function. This service does not affect returns or exchanges.

Shipping and Returns

We will do our best to get your planner to you as soon as possible! Most orders are processed within 24 business hours.
The maximum lead time is 5 working days. We send shipments via DPD Courier, InPost Courier or InPost Parcel Lockers. To check shipping prices , go to: delivery and payment.

If you change your mind or want to exchange your calendar for another one, you can do so within 14 days. Remember that the returned product must not bear signs of any use. For more details, please see: returns and complaints.

Delivery and payment

Orders can only be placed through the online store www.momonde.co. We do not accept orders by phone, email, Facebook and Instagram.

Payments for orders can be made via the electronic payment system Przelewy24, PayPal, by credit or debit card as well as deferred payments by Klarna, PayPo and P24NOW (only possible when using the Przelewy24 electronic payment gateway).

We make every effort to ensure that shipments reach you as soon as possible! Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. The maximum order processing time is 5 working days. In the case of personalized products, the shipping time may be extended by 1-3 days, depending on the number of orders.

Buy and pay at your convenience! In installments or in full up to 54 days later. We have two deferred payment operators at your disposal - PayPo and P24Now. Check what possibilities they offer and choose the perfect method according to your preferences! Enjoy the shopping!
PayPo

We do not need any passwords and logins for your bank. We do not require details, debit or credit cards All transactions are encrypted and performed through secured servers. You only use the code you receive via SMS to confirm your order. You pay for your purchases later, which means you have time to check whether the goods comply with the order. You are covered by the Buyer Protection Guarantee. If you do not receive your purchases from the store, your transaction will be canceled and PayPo will not charge you.

Prefer to pay for the whole thing - but not now just a little later? It's not a problem! With P24NOW you always have a choice. You can pay up to 54 days later at no extra cost. Don't postpone shopping, postpone payment.
