Delivery and payment

Orders can only be placed through the online store www.momonde.co. We do not accept orders by phone, email, Facebook and Instagram.

Payments for orders can be made via the electronic payment system Przelewy24, PayPal, by credit or debit card as well as deferred payments by Klarna, PayPo and P24NOW (only possible when using the Przelewy24 electronic payment gateway).

In case of problems with electronic payments, you can make a traditional bank transfer to the following details:

We make every effort to ensure that shipments reach you as soon as possible! Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. The maximum order processing time is 5 working days. In the case of personalized products, the shipping time may be extended by 1-3 days, depending on the number of orders.

Delivery in Poland is carried out via:
DPD courier – cost PLN 14
DPD Pickup – baskets PLN 13
InPost parcel lockers – PLN 15
InPost courier – PLN 17

We do not send via Poczta Polska and cash on delivery.
