We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, however, if the product you order does not meet your expectations you can return it without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt. Select the appropriate tab and check the return details.
Exchange
In a situation where you would like to exchange a product, you must place a new order and return the previous one by following the information above.
Complaint
The purchased product can be claimed if damage or defects are discovered immediately upon receipt of the shipment and during use, where damage and defects are due to manufacturing errors. When you discover a defect, write to us at [email protected] and send photos and a detailed description showing the defect, or send the advertised product along with a completed complaint form to the address below:
